Introduction

My background has given me hands-on experience with fast-paced, administrative duties, thus my skills would greatly contribute to the position and the company.

As you will see in my resume, I have previously worked in customer-focused roles throughout my entire career. As receptionist for numerous respected hotels, I have worked in environments that relies heavily on organization and time-management. Due to the high-volume nature of the guests that came in and out of the hotels, I had to provide quick and efficient customer service to be successful.

As a receptionist of a small hotel, I had to do a lot of clerical work such as filing and updating databases, and I had to organise a lot of outings. This included things like making reservations for flights and transportation excursions. I know that these skills would be essential if I am to work as a project assistant or receptionist in a large firm. I have actively used both Microsoft Word and Excel in all my positions as well.

Within a corporate role, I know I would be successful because of my past experience, and also because the opportunity to be in a challenging position like this will push me to be one of your most dedicated workers.
